The lodgings are delivered cleaned up and in order. The final cleaning of the room has to be payed in the structure during the accommodation. In the apartments and rooms it is prohibited to smoke. Outside it is possible but it we pray to use the appropriate containers in order to extinguish the rest of cigarettes. The host that will abandon the lodging before the previewed date will not receive any reimbursement. Eventual claims reached after the departure will not give straight to some demand for the reimbursement. During the period of the stay the presence of a major number of persons to that one agreed constitutes cause of resolution of the contract,

BOOKING AND RESERVATION:

The reservation will be perfected throughout the shipment of a deposit of 40% of the established payment. The balance of the payment will be done by cash at the arrival in the structure. The payments will have to be communicated by fax or mail proving the demanded payment. In order to confirm the reservation there will be an answer by fax or mail. In case the reservation does not come confirmed throughout the shipment of deposit in a fixed term of days 3, the aforesaid one agrees will be cancelled. The operation can be carried out throughout postal money or by bank checking the account near the Popular Bank of Lajatico iban

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION:

In case there is the need to cancel the reservation, the account will be totally lost.
Until 30 days before there is no penalty.
30-20 gg from the arrival
30% of the total amount: 19-15 gg from the arrival
50% of the amount total: 14-1 gg from the arrival
